I am a native of Williamstown / North Adams. Usually salt of the earth type people in Western MA. The manager at this store and sales guy told me their S Note 8 was 50% off for Black Friday sale on Black Friday. So I went and bought it. The truth it was only 35% off (a difference of $144) once Verizon started billing me. I gave them one star back for being helpful during the purchase. Corporate Verizon made good on the 50%. The lady Store owner at this location did not assume any responsibility on 3 way call with corporate.
